Yes it will sling some oil out and make a mess but it will not hurt the case or run it dry. Just top it off when you are done. I honestly don't remember. I do remember modified non modified transmission being an option but otherwise they just had tunes for stock injectors. I am also on a 1995. FF is Full Force Diesel. I bought my 180/0 injectors from them. Custom tunes have become canned tunes. Like someone else...- Tiha

I have FF tunes, TW tunes and one other currently that I honestly cannot remember, On a hydra. I am running 180/0 injectors. Intercooler, .84 housing, few other mods. Anyway. The TW 4 position chip I had like 10-15 years ago was awesome. Can't imagine it could get better than that. that...- Tiha

Just a heads up...
That is nasty. Glad it was an easy fix. We fought that same problem on the air pump for the rear bags on my pickup. We actually took a rubber work glove. Put the relay in it and wrapped it best we could with electrical tape. Even that would only last a couple years. Finally moved the relay...- Tiha

I have a GV behind a E4OD. Ran it a lot of years. Would not do it again. Seems like it was broke half the time. The GV electronics were garbage. I am glad you had me swap it. At least now I know it is right. Did not make a difference. I just got a dead pump out of the box apparently. I found a 7/8 deep socket fits the shaft and keyway just right to turn the pump. Getting that last half tooth was tough but I was also looking at it... -

I had some time yesterday. So I did verify that the pump on the 2014 and 2016 are the same. So I swapped them. No change. The 2014 pump is currently on the 2016 running and the 2016 pump is on the 2014 with no change in rail pressure. Hopefully my VCV shows up today. If that doesn't fix it I... -

I will add it to my todo list. Any idea what diameter the cam gear is? Or the drive ratio? If the pump to cam is 2:1 then turning the engine over the marks will probably line up but a different mark will show on the cam gear.
