Backup camera again
Now just for a comparison while I had it all apart. Between the factory camera and the cheap ebay replacement. this cheap one was Soillar brand. It is $47 off ebay. I would totally use it. You can tell there is a difference, but I am not a hard core camera user like my wife is. The cheap one...- Tiha

I ordered a backup camera and it did not change at all. So I dug into it finally. Commonly talked about is the ground wire in the harness running through the tailagate. I opened up the harness and it was intact but very corroded. I cut the wire at each end and spliced in a new ground wire...- Tiha

Iowa. I read somewhere that variance could not be more than .6mg or 6mg. I can't find the article now. Also read there should be 45 psi back pressure in fuel return but not sure how that could affect my flow test to zero -

wow, I haven't seen that on any of these trucks. Are you doing one side or 2? I would grab the other lower ball joint and check fit, compare size. Probably even run to the store with a mic or dial caliper and get another new one out of the box. Compare it to the old one. hate to know how... -

I usually use the "right stuff" Black in the cheeze wiz can. That should be a low pressure area so shouldn't take much to seal it.- Tiha

Your best bet at finding something loose is to leave it on the ground. Engine off. Have someone sit in the driver's seat and turn the steering wheel back and for 1/8-1/4 turn fairly rapidly. Crawl underneath the front end and look at everything. Tie rods, drag ling. Pitman arm. track bar...- Tiha

Does it have a lift on it? Adding any kind of lift can certainly screw up alignment, mostly caster specs. And does it have a steering stabilizer on it? adding one is a good safety measure. Whether it be a steering stabilizer or shocks, the more you work them, the hotter they get, the less...- Tiha
