If you live anywhere there's deer you 'need' this bumper. Always amazes me though, people freak out on the price, but drop $5k in tires/wheels and $8k in a turbo & pipes to fry the tires. I guess it's because Ranch Hands are so cheap.- TrickTruck

Our bumpers are extremely strong. All the skins are 11ga steel and the entire substructure (the winch box) is 1/4". The main front skin in front of the which structure is backed up by the 1/4" so you've got 3/8" thick steel. The 'Stealth' model is about 155lbs according to my idiot child the...- TrickTruck

Going way up in the air you probably don't need grill protection, so maybe this one would be to your liking. Personally I think they look better w/ the valance, but this customer is not running one. I can make you a really good deal on one.- TrickTruck

I sure hope the shafts are not stainless. Stainless is not a very strong material. I would hope they are hardened steel like 4140/4340 with a very good hard chrome. I suspect this is what they are, but doubt King will tell you. FYI: Mine have 70kmi on them and I just cleaned the shafts...- TrickTruck

No. I made it to knoxville (after scaring the crap out of me on the I40 pass) and stopped to check them. The fronts were at 75psi and the rears were at 95psi. I dropped them all to 70psi and things got better. Once I'd seen a load chart, I dropped them to 60psi and they got mo' better...- TrickTruck

I know, I know, I know. Same thing w/ my '12. Just not d3leating yet. Truck could use a diet too, on the CAT scales w/ full tank and my fat azz in it, it's tipping 9800lbs :eek: Couldn't have been carrying more than 300lbs of stuff either.- TrickTruck

Bottom line, at the end working your log maximums for a week, if you are putting $ away for maintenance (rule of thumb, is that it equals the fuel) you come out NEGATIVE by over $300/week. that's the problem, there is none in a 22" wheel unless I go up to a 38"-40", the 37" barely fits and I don't want a M/T What I have is what I got and I just have to live with it. It's better now that I've aired it down some and other than the squirmy feeling I do like them quite a bit.- TrickTruck

I guess I'd just call it a very loose feeling in the back of the truck. As it turns out, Discount Tire will !NOT! replace the tires. Specs on the 325/50/R22 are actually not as good as the Terra, it's speed rating is an R rate tire instead of S.
