    Draining FASS separator

NP, most everything I found just said to drain 6oz or so from the separator, cycle the key a few times, then you're good.

    4 link set up decisions?

I have a 4 link and it does great. Truck handles and rides much better than stock. I am factory height on relatively small tires though.

Net power increase from a turbo back afe mufflerd vs turbo back straight pipe

I gained zero going from factory catback with muffler to open downpipe on the drag strip. I have 4" SDP downpipe, dp-f/doc derete pipe, and rest factory exhaust. Made a pass down the strip, then next pass was open down pipe and no significant change.

Is there any dual kit that I could run the front pump as needed? What I mean is, take the belt off the front 2nd pump and run just fine, like in work-stock classes. Then just put the belt back on when i'm done? Obviously two seperate tunes to keep the PW right for single or dual pump.

    Finally happened...

rockers, pistons, pushrods, oil cooler, for sure. I also did idlers/tensioners when mine was apart. Really all depends on budget how far you want to go. Make absolutely sure your heads are good and check, pressure checked, and re-checked by a VERY reputable shop. Have them shipped out if you...

Making the Up Pipes a little more simple......

EBP sensor in the manifold is actually one of the best ways to go with it. Just make sure you use the tube, and mount it. I used a stud off my u-pipe bracket to hold the tube securely.

    Question on horsepower

Depends on the tune and healthiness of the fuel system. Low-mid 600's.
