What have you done to your powerstroke today?
yeah it sucks, lol. Went through two of the dorman ones and couldn't get them to seal at the cap. So bit the bullet and paid for the oem to just have it leak too. Hoping this one holds as long as the 16 year old original one did.- ju015dd

2000 Manual acting very strange
Sounds like an ipr issue to me. I would try and clean it first, or swap in a known working one to find out. -

How old are the batteries? I read you just put a new starter in but what brand? I bet it bust right off if jumping it from another vehicle. -

I would put a voltmeter on it while cranking to see what voltage is looking like under load. -

keep an eye on that bottle. I went through 2 just recently, neither would hold pressure at the cap. Returned and went with motorcraaft brand bottle.- ju015dd

HID's out..LED's in
On mine there is a very small allen head you can remove to rotate the housing. Light output from these 70w ones is pretty darn good! Will try and get some pics of them soon,- ju015dd
