Restrictions from mufflers

That seems like it would be pretty restrictive. I put on a 42” and it was straight through and the inside of the pipe kinda resembled a cheese grater. It is a lot quieter, but still louder than stock.

ABS Activates on Left Turns - No Codes

Mine does the same since new, about 40K miles. I always figured it was a suspension travel and mud flap relationship. It has happened turning either direction, but not all the time.

Cut 2.5” thick wood blocks and put them under the front tires. Then take a step back and you will know what it looks like and measures out to be. Pretty cheap look ahead.

6.7 and FTE resonator??

On a long box with a full aftermarket system, there is just about enough room to mount (2) 40” Donaldsons, before turning up over the axle. The cut off portion of the race pipe should be sufficient to do what you are describing and they weight much less than the tinfoil coated turd. I haven’t...

Oil filter adapter Cracked

Not saying you did this, but sometimes the washer from the old filter can get left behind and it is not noticed. Is this possible this time?

Not sure if it accurate, but some of the photos in the link show a slug with multiple holes for the hitch pin placement. Might be worth exploring that option as well. Or move the jack. Then again, 8500 lbs isn’t that much. https://www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Blue-Ox/BX88265.html

In response to your PM on the org. too - It is the sound of the clutches slipping. The shudder fix didn’t help, but it didn’t get any worse either. Changing to Tyrant tunes helped the most. My best guess is that it is caused by a line pressure setting in the tune. I have no real data to back...

Window Regulator

No idea, but I would think it is easier to test than pull the door apart and replace the motor. How many miles on the truck and would you say that you use the window often? My dad had a 2002 7.3 and the window went up/down every minute or so as he drove around talking on the phone and smoking...

With the squealing, it sounds like the bearings are going out in that turbo. Might need to get the tunes adjusted....... Sounds pretty rough

Go tried and true. A bad tune can destroy a trans or turbo or both really quick. Call Mike at No Limit. Not worth going cheap when the repairs are thousands and you will end up buying the right parts the second time around.
