Breaking flex plates

6.0 mystery oil leak

Broke a couple of vacuum lines. What are they for?
One goes to the vacuum canister under the battery, the other goes over to the solenoid to operate the 4x4 hubs. You can buy the new lines from ford for less than $50. Or splice them together Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Best EGR ****** for 2006 6.0
Get a kit with a new up pipe. Using the block off plate with factory up pipe has proven to allow the bellows to flex and crack over time. If you get a kit with the j tube and hose don’t use the clamps in the kit. Find a better clamp and reuse the up pipe bolts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- webb06

Egt probe location?
