He was referring to me working for Rudy's haha. And that last sentence is pretty much what it would come down to for me. It's going to be a money pit and need a good bit of parts to be sure everything is 100% so I'd only get this thing if it were a very good price.- bft blue oval boys

Whoever put the engine in it probably did a short block. If that's the case, it probably has stock heads on it and could even have factory bolts in it still so it would make sense for it to lift the head. If it needs a head gasket just tell him to go ahead and get the KDD O-ringed cylinder heads...- bft blue oval boys

Asheville definitely has a great engine program. Wouldn't be scared of that at all. Crank walk is not really an issue with these trucks, that's more of a 6.7 thing in high horsepower applications. This sounds like a very fun setup. I'm not sure why everyone is so concerned with the stock transmission though. I mean, I'm sure it'll give out over time but on my 2015 I had a RCD Stroker Pump and a Drop in VGT and beat the ever loving crap out of it constantly and never had an issue with the...- bft blue oval boys

Ended up getting divorced and her name was on the title for the 6.4 so I sold it and got away from everything with her name on it lol. Working at Rudy's now and have this 2015 Ruby Red Platinum 6.7 with our drop in 65mm VGT Charger and RCD Stroker CP4. Loving every second of it...- bft blue oval boys

2016 Project - 2015+ Turbo Bolt On Compound Kit - Midwest Diesel
We're actually doing one like this right now. It's going to have a Budget Kit from MPD with a S363 SXE and then the Industrial add-a-turbo kit with a S475 feeding it with a Midwest built engine and trans and S&S 60% injectors.
