    If everything is torqued correct and you get no movement from any bolts and still have the issue a cut o-ring or possible double copper washers could do the same. Just sucks you’d have to pull them back out again.

    I’d definitely be looking at the injector system. I’ve got a 95 engine in my 02 with no issues. Just be careful it doesn’t hydrolock in the mean time.

    I’ve done mine quick enough to only lose a minimal amount. Definitely not gallons, probably a cup or two. You could always do the shop vac on the coolant reservoir to crest vacuum and pull it out. Should keep a lot in.

    Pull the ipr and check for metal in the valve. It’s probably hung open.

    Possible metal in injectors holding them open on the oil side. Maybe injectors not seated all the way or o ring split. Where did the new sensors and o rings come from, part store or motorcraft?
