Nozzle size is just how fast you can drain the fuel out of the injector. The amount the injector holds is where the real difference happens. But they need to be paired appropriately, which this late in the 7.3 game is pretty well figured out.

The green dongle showed up today. I downloaded the forscan viewer app for free since I plan to use it as gauges on my phone in my ‘14 f150. Didn’t drive that to work today because I finally got my “right thing the wrong way” body work half azz done on the 7.3 so I drove that.

You want to do it the right way, it’s not gonna be cheap. Some sort of environmental disposal process which is expensive. And it’ll all probably have to be absorbed into a litter or pads, doubt they’ll take it in just liquid form.
Sounds like the motor is bad. And theory behind hitting a starter with a hammer. Is moves the parts around inside to get a good spot and work again for a bit.
^whs. 38r is going to be your best bet for a drop in on a tuned truck. Leaves a little room for a slightly larger injector if you need it without jumping to the T-4 mount at a bigger cost.
I actually just ordered bed side rust repair fender inners and outers from ray buck. Some of the reviews actually said they were thicker steel than factory. I don’t have them yet though.
Ipr is trickier but not hard. Just very difficult to reach. Throw money an OBD2 Bluetooth unit for $17 on Amazon instead of hundreds on parts from Ford. You’ll save a headache.
