    Sorry. I have a superduty so it’s heavier anyway. for what it’s worth I don’t think I had x codes on the truck originally, and I put them on last year and didn’t notice a difference.

    X codes are the strong ones. I ordered some from SD truck springs. U bolts included in price but they were pricey. Shipping killed it. See if you can find a local spring shop. Should save you on shipping cost and time and headache getting the correct shape and length u bolts.

    I don’t think so. I drove mine a bit this morning. You probably just notice it more now because of the firmer shift. It could be changed in the tuning if you really don’t like it.

    Looks like 2nd gear hits at 15? How fast are you going around corners? It sounds like a healthy shift, quick and firm. No sliding into the next gear.

    I had caliper issues. Kept seizing. When I bought the kit I bought everything new. Pads rotors and calipers. Put them on, broke them in, and mostly stopped driving the truck. I just put a full set of z36 pads and rotors on my f150 and they work good. No complaints. Really nice that there isn’t...

    Verify HPO with mechanical gauge. Check icp wiring. Swap in known good idm.

    Because after a minute the GPCM turns off the glow plugs and your voltage comes back up. Battery when not running should be between 12.4 - 12.9, so you’re within range there, a little on the low side but in there. The significant drain might be one of the batteries being bad. Disconnect them...

    Sounds like mine when the IPR started to go bad. Do you have pcm connection? All lights on dash acting normal.

    Anyone ever convert their stock manual hubs to auto?

    We got to manual hubs for a reason, even when the trucks came with autos. It isn’t for “in the heat of the moment” convenience either.
