    Wow that box is not cheap. 800 with a 250 core. Although i believe the red head is 700 so that is not much more.

    Good point. That might be an issue. Already had to slightly enlarge the mounting holes to fit the 05 box on the 02 frame. Depending on the difference in size it might not fit the pre 05 frames.

    They call it the internal bypass, but it is an "internal bump stop". Been looking into them since you mentioned them.

    What is this an option on? Might be way easier to go that route for me than mounting the hydro bump stops to the frame or spring tower.

    That is what I was thinking. 3 overdrives would be a bit crazy I would think. If anything, refers the axles to get the cruising rpm you want. Trust me the 4.88's in the 450's get old after a while. Even with the 6 speed manual, the rpm's are still high and get annoying after a few hrs...

    Ya can it be rebuilt? Might be a better option than used and not cost as much as a new motor. Although it will take longer than a new motor.
