    E350 10.50 axle swap

The width is different as well as the spring perches. Also it's generally not as strong of an axle as the 10.25 that you already have. Your best bet is a 10.5 axle from a SD, redrill the hubs and use the van rotors.

    mellino lpop gasket

Probably depends on the puller you use. I pulled mine with the radiator in place. This is the kit I used.

OBS suspension lift with RSK questions

Your right on with height, 6-7" will look good without going to cutouts. You may have to shim or trim the bumper, your also going to need to be careful with backspacing so the wheels are out far enough to turn. On the front, combining the RSK and springs is perfect, just make sure of the...

    auto to manual swap problem

You need to state if you have a OBS or SD. For the OBS there is a clutch switch with 4 wires. Two complete the starting circuit, the other two disengage the cruse control. For a temporary test you could reinstall the automatic jumper, just remember to leave it out of gear when starting.

    Auto to Manual swap?

Yep a ZF6 from a 7.3 will work. Not too hard of a swap but you will need a NP271/273 transfercase to go with it if your 4x4.

    drop shackle with tow bags?

If the bags are holding the rear up then let some air out, you only need a few psi when empty. If the bags are empty then the best option would be to change or remove the rear block. 250's are about 2", 350's about 4" stock. You will also need new U bolts.

    Toy hauler towing ?

The weight distribution hitch isn't just to make it ride better. The factory hitch isn't rated for as much weight with a standard hitch as it is with a weight distributing one.

Best lockout hubs for the Dana 50?

From the knuckle out the D50 and D60 solid axles are the same so Dynalocks will work. Stock shafts are 30 spline, freespin kit is 35 spline and some bore it out for 40 spline.

    Mishimoto OBS Radiator Sale $289!

Mishimoto is a joke of a company. I ordered 6/22, website said in stock. Found out that they don't actually have stock and it will be back ordered till 9/2 meanwhile the website says in stock the entire time. 9/2 passes and I call them only to be told that due to the holiday it's been pushed...

    Mishimoto OBS Radiator Sale $289!

Just got off the phone with them because the radiator they were supposed to ship me on 9/2 isn't here. They have pushed back the 9/2 shipment date to 9/16 because of the holiday.

    Dana 60 rotors

94 and older rotors are 12.56" diameter, 1.25" thick, 1.18" throw away thick 95-97 rotors are 13" diameter, 1.25" thick, 1.18" throw away thick King pin axles have a removable caliper bracket for slide pin calipers. There are some aftermarket ones that use bolt on calipers, most of them use a...

    Dana 60 rotors

There wasn't much difference in size, about 1/2" but the width is a bit different too. I screwed up with my swap, didn't know about the two types being offered so I stuck with the pin on calipers after looking at prices for knuckles.

    Dana 60 rotors

The early ball joint D60 used the same smaller rotors as the kingpin. IIRC 94-95 was the changeover point.

    Overdrive light blinking

Take it someplace else. There is a code but you need the correct scanner to find it. With a good scanner you can also check the OD button. Otherwise just flip a coin, you could need a $30 sensor or $4000 transmission. Also if it's the VSS, your speedometer will be jumping around.

    95 powerstroke suspension build

If you still have the D50 front axle that needs to be the first thing you replace. For 44's I wouldn't consider anything other than coil or it will take 40 acres to turn the rig around. The best starting point would be 05+ axles which will also help you stop.

    E350 rear disc axle swap

If you want to be different and cost effective, develop a kit and sell it to the rest of us to get your money back. My plans are to use a 10.5 from a superduty. I will either have the hubs redrilled for 8x6.5 and use van rotors or steal the knuckles/Dynatrac free spin/SSB brakes off my 00, get...

    SD Front drive shaft installed.

I guess I got lucky with mine. Both the 95 and SD shaft were 1350 joints so it was a direct bolt up to the axle. The flange wasn't a issue because the shaft came with the NP271 transfercase.

    95 7.3 tranny swap

It will work, just keep the flywheel and clutch bolted up to the block and swap the trans. Only issue is the older trans is rated for less power.

    Which alternator ?

That's the same place. I just figured 20 extra amps for $30 more wasn't too bad so I went with the 270a.

    Which alternator ?

I just upgraded my alternator for the same reason. You get what you pay for with alternators, many rewound units have poor idle performance, small bearings or overheating issues. I went with a DC power engineering 270a which is overkill but they make one about 180a that would be perfect for a...
