Chris was seeing 12.5-12.7 cruising down the road at 2000rpm. Somethings wrong and I highly doubt there is a 100amp draw on the system bring battery voltage that low. It does when the system is designed to be run at 14.5 or better and your only charging to less. This may not be the problem with Chris truck I just thought he should check it out. I have been in the auto industry for almost 15yrs. 99% of the vehicles I see that are charging less then 14.5...- TurboM700

FYI on battery voltage. Normal driving down the road with lights,ac and heater on high you should be seeing 14.5 and with no load you want 14.7 . This is for all vehicles except VW, Audi they only charge there battery to 14.2 and by doing this they shorten the life of there batterys. A typical...- TurboM700

Test mule build

crankcase vent into exhaust
By putting the pipe in the exhaust you are creating the ventrui. That is why the angle that the small pipe meets up with the big pipe matters. Play like jegs and summit sell large check valves so exhaust pressure cant be pushed back into the motor encase something/one would block of the exhaust.- TurboM700

It has nothing to do with pressure and everything to do with venturi effect. Same principle turbos cars use with blow thru carbs. The air passing by the orifice creates a vacuum sucking out crankcase pressures. Here is a quick soildworks simulation of the venturi effect...- TurboM700

No start, please help.
My guess when you where doing the fuel bowl delete you bumped the UVHC harness and they need to be replaced. 7.3l intake heater.
I'll take it. Its for a diesel sportsman :redspotdance: not my truck. I'm thinking it should work the same as a grid heater on a cummGins but on a much smaller scale. Intake on the sportsmen is only 1" in diameter. I'll pm you my address.- TurboM700

Lots of guys had pulled these out and plugged them. Anyone have one laying around they want to sell? My diesel sportsman came with no glow plugs or grid heater and anything under 30 degrees it wont start with out a little spray. 2006 with lack of power at times
No he does not but I have deleted well over 20 6.0l and have never had an issue before running them in a stock tune with it deleted. I thought it would be a turbo also but this is a brand new turbo. -

2006 with lack of power at times
Here is a video he just sent me. Anything more then 10% throttle the boost goes to 20psi and stays there no matter how much you push on the skinny pedal. Another note is that its stuck doing this. It would usally snap out of it and then drive fine now its always doing it. -
