Bravo 3 will not hold up behind those motors stock, The reason they work with the marine PS is they derate them till about 2800rpm. If it was me I would ditch the twin motor for one built motor with a surface drive. With the weight of two diesel motors and two outdrives you will be money ahead...- TurboM700

What are you using for drives? Unless your running a #6 or greater or surface drives nothing is going to handle the low end tourqe the diesel makes. You also will need a 2spd transmission as a 7.3 spins about half the speed a BB does. I'm a diesel not and this thought has crossed my mind...- TurboM700

Anyone be inturested in an oil scavenge kit option for compounds?
If you do this watch oil temps, I know on my turbo 2-stroke sleds that oil after a long pull would get really hot and thats a 1qt system with maybe a 30 second WOT pull. On a diesel truck oil could get much hotter.- TurboM700

Trans Tuning, Stock PCM
I could not stand the unlock on downshift on mine. (12v in a X with a 4r100) It would actually down shift wait a second unlock the TC then Lock it back up. I changed mine to never unlock on down shift and it seems to be happy. Ok sorry for the derail this isnt about PCS tuning I just know...- TurboM700

Not to change the subject complete put with a PCS can you tell it to lock the converter during shifts? The only way I can see how todo this is is have your shift points and TC lock up value the same.- TurboM700

48re going in.....go auto or manual VB?
What dustin said. I have mine set so when I hit the Cruise control off button it goes into manual mode. Then the "Res" is upshift and "coast" is down shift. I also have it set up to lock the converter in 2nd gear at 30mph and stay locked. If I want out of manual mode I just hit the CC on...- TurboM700

Cant comment on the manual VB put I will say that getting a PCS to shift like a ford controlled transmission isnt a easy task. I have a 4r100 in my truck which is an easy transmission to control and it still isnt perfect in my mind. Yes I can put my foot into and it shifts put not as smooth...- TurboM700

Gel up?
Thank you all the wind will do is cool it down quicker!!! I have never had an issue with gelling up till this yr, but the state also switched from B5 in everything to up words of B20 and I think that has caused alot of my issues. Not sure if this is a good idea put its what a long time truck... -
