    Why are you worried about the cp4? Did they change it from the prior years? If not, Just make sure to treat every fillup with fuel that you do summer or winter.

    LPFP didn't change till 17s with the panel filter. did you try a low pressure fuel pump? Have you monitored both fuel pressures when driving around to see how far they drop when on the throttle hard?

    Before you spend anything more. Try the lpfp when you get it back together. Even if you have to con someone to barrow one. what are all the codes that its throwing?

    Id still throw a lpfp on it before i started on the high pressure side. Even if you can swap with a buddy to test. Its like a 10 min job for the lpfp..

    You're not ok if its still a long crank. Not sure what the specs are but low pressure fuel should be at and stay at 80psi at idle or wot. I can see a drop to 76psi every once in a while but that is rare. When my brothers lpfp pump went out, it was doing exactly what yours is doing. It tripped...

    You can reset alm the adaptive tables with forscan and basically force a relearn. Also, not sure why nobody has said anything but low pressure fuel should be 80ish psi all the time. You have a leak between the tank and lpfp or its worn out or the control valves on the motor are stuck open...
