got the truck done last night. sure runs nice. wasn't a huge increase but spools up faster. I think the EGT's have come down. getting ready to make a trip and see how it does. it was a lot of work to get it in. had to build and modify the inter cooler pipes to fit. Newman, Riff raff diesel has them listed for 800 somthing dollars. Here's where im at: called that SPD exhaust (linked earlier in thread) and the want $185 each for the bellows. thanks for all the info guys. I just finally got the up pipes out. had to pull the turbo to get them out. what a pain in the a##. Still had to do some hammering on them to get the pipes out. I wonder when i put them back in, if i'm going to have to either pull the drivers side manifold, or...- colobronco

i had an exhaust shop turn me onto these guys. http://www.spdexhaust.com/pdfs/AccPDFs/Bellows.pdf The "slip joint bellow" is made for high temp high pressure applications. I've got the leaking up pipes on my 97. i found the bellow up pipes but they are around $800. I know i can find exhaust bellows separately. Found a used booster, got everything on yesterday. man, what a difference. nice firm peddle. stops great. even felt the ABS come on, never could do that unless i was on ice or snow.
