Regardless of what the fuel mileage is (I was just hoping to keep the same mpg) I want bigger wheels and tires. I want to go 17's for wheels. Any recommendations on tire brands? Right now I have Toyos, they seem pretty good.- Jdmluvr

I have a TS performance 6 position chip, CAI and 4" exhaust. So, are you saying that with my 410 gears, taller tires wouldnt lower the rpms by slowing the rotation down? Yes, I realize that it won't be by much, but everyone knows that anything over 2000 rpms on a 7.3 drinks the fuel like crazy...- Jdmluvr

Hey all, I'm new here and I just picked up my first diesel over the fall. 01 f350 long bed, 6 speed manual. I'm looking to get new wheels and tires. Sounds dumb, but I'm shooting for good MPG.
