    Shouldn't the upper fuel filter housing be full of fuel when removing the filter? What if it is bone dry. I turn key ignition on and it fill the housing up and just drained down to the top of the center post. I been having some rough skipping idle and low acceleration issue on and off lately...

    Doing a recent visual, I noticed that the area under the air filter and up around steering pump is coated / saturated with oil. I ruled out the SP leaking.     Coolant flush Flushed the coolant. Pulled the intercooler and clean it inside and out. Cleaned the fins on the oil cooler, trans cooler, condenser and radiator. New coolant and thermostat. She should run a little cooler.

    If you drop your tank, it is best to take it to a place that will clean and reseal it. Our shop uses a local radiator shop. Switch fuel stations or pour some fuel in a separate fuel can and inspect it. Powerstrokehelp.com has a video about pulling off the fuel filter assy off the rail...

    Ok I am assuming I had two issues happening in a short period. One water in fuel and the other my accelerator positioning sensor is going south.
