Cold start problems
Your injectors are worn. You have 2 choices, shim them for $100 or buy new/reman ones. I went through the exact same problem with my 2000 model with 235k. Boost numbers on stock turbo/hot tune
Can anyone tell me what kind of boost numbers you are seeing on a stock turbo running s hot tune? I am trying to figure out if I have a leak or not because I am only able to hit 11lbs or so on a hot tune. Granted I am rolling on the throttle and not flat out racing the truck due to a stock... -
kc38r vs kc300x
The KC300X is rebuildable too based on info from KC's website. I also debated the 2 and decided on the 300x66/73. It should be installed in a week or 2 so I will report back the results.- 19.5s

Looking to get a KC300X 66/73 within a week or two. At the same time, I will be doing FFD up-pipes, and FFD pedestal. Possibly RiffRaff Fuel Rail crossover (if recommended).
