    The elite duel fueler pump brackets always broke, think I broke 3 until I made a fix. The bearing number is on the seal. Take the pulley to a bearing shop and they can measure up and order you replacements. The pulleys in elites kit are not oem either. It'll be a couple weeks until I'm home to...

    Regulated Return Pressure

    Higher pressure higher temps. You have two regulators in your system. Putting any fluid over relief, what your regulator is set to, will create heat. My fuel temps once up to operating temp is 140f depending on ambient temp.

    I'd guess some trans slip would be the issue. But to up low pressure fuel system pressure you need to increase the pressure the lpfp puts out.

    We have a terminology issue here. The fuel bowl ****** is regulating the return circuit of the fuel. Its regulating the system pressure not the pressure in the return line. This is called regulated return. Set the system pressure to 8-10psi.

    The 6.7 has lots of issues as well. The 6.4 is fine but a person has to be realistic on building them. Comparing a 6.7 to a 6.4 isn't apple's to apples unless we use the same hp level tune but who does that. I wouldn't give up on the 6.4 since I hate the way the 6.7 engine/trans drives.
