New to PSA from FL.

Trying to locate a member with cracked uppipe and removed installed a block off plate
You could just unscrew the original fitting out of the original crossover OC pipe. Spray with lots of penetrating oil, let it sit, spray again and give it a wiggle turn with a wrench, spray again, let it sit, and wrench it again and Whoolllaah!
