6.0 Tech got it right. You need the rubber grommet from S&B and the ccv hose from a dealer. The hose comes as one piece with both bends.

I run a flowpro 5" and it came with the band clamps. It turns to 5" right around the crossmember.

Unless you are able to make a good trade for injectors I would just plan to put 75% nozzles in and call it a day.

It worked really well. The cooler measurements are nearly identical to the bpd standard cooler.

Do you still need a cooler? I happen to have a fluidyne cooler sitting around I had used for this very setup if you are interested. It' a fluidyne DB-30617 in case you want to look it up.

I am with these guys. By the time you buy good materials and parts to build a decent set of bars you aren't terribly far off from just buying a set already made.

You have to put rtv there due to the back plate and the motor having a very slight height difference which causes a sort of step off. The rtv makes up for it. I always assumes some engineer made a mistake but I don't know for certain. A used manifold can be had for under $100 but it isn't...
