If you gently floor it 15psi no smoke. If you mat it 35psi and lots of power. I kind of like it as is. Not freed up all the way. I'm not convinced my pedal and spring are correct. It's been hot and I still don't break 180f. 174 is about average. Rev it up half way all the time sitting to use compressor. My 1hp snap-on grinders are nice, but they use air like crazy. It keeps up pretty good at 1800rpm or so. Hauled big loads of cattle and hay in the heat. Don't think I'm...- a_moore

What you wanna know? It work ls very well. I designed a drawer type fire box (maybe should have patended) that is easy to load and doesn't waste heat adding etc. You baffle the incoming air by how far the drawer is open. Then a cook rack for smoking and a higher one for steaks, pizza, sides that...- a_moore

Almost done with the new bumper. Got backed into and didn't want to replace with more junk. What do you think of this? 2"x6"x1/4" wall tube. Got to mount cruise sensor and fog lights. About time to paint.- a_moore

175°f is all the hotter it gets. What have others done for cooling? I had planned to add electric fans but i do not find a kit for the 6.4. Might have to buy a 6.0 kit and make it fit. Ether makes it start right up with no issues. I am gonna put an ether injector on so i just push a button. Dont want to open hood in cold and snow. Maybe when i get the compounds done i can have access through grill to intake. The injector would be better long term.- a_moore

It will outrun my 21 6.7 now. No doubt. Feels almost as strong as my 7.3 did with 238 100%. I guess its making 400 at the rear wheels. Torque is probably 1200ish. Im very happy.- a_moore

Made the second adjustment a week ago and there was no noticable change. Started planning a modded a-pump or p-pump. The "boost fooler" clearly worked but the rack adjustments did nothing. Drove the truck to work this week, 400 mile trip. Going down highway at 80-85mph. Would barely hold that...- a_moore

Cranked aneriod 1.5 turns and rack travel out 1.5 turns. Made it quite a bit better. Decided to make a boost fooler and it worked out much better. I simply installed an air regulator on the compressor and ran a line to aneriod. Set the regulator to 30psi and she will get right with it now. I...- a_moore

Runs 170f with no fan all day any condition. 900f max egt pre-turbo and 20psi boost. Will dial up fuel this weekend and see how it goes.- a_moore
