    If the shift solenoids are not powered doesn't the transmission stay in 4th not 3rd? PCM powers 12v to the solenoid pack correct? there is no fuse if i recall....

    yes sir flashers and turn signals all good and work. Power coming in and out of the switch and on the scanner the gen mod recognizes when the pedal is depressed. With out tearing the whole harness apart i dont know where else to look.
