01 350 c&c 7.3 stall

hi guys my boss's 01 7.3 work truck has been acting up if you drive around 15 minutes it will stall just cruseing down the road it just shuts off wont start in neutral have to stop and put it in park to get it to re start no cel just dies no stumble just dead i dont have a scanner so i was wondering if you guys have any ideas

sounds like classic cam position sensor failure to me..

thats what i was leaning towards but would that throw a code if i scanned it?

You might try posting in the NJ forum and see if anybody local has some scan equipment you could borrow. Fairly certain it's gonna be CPS

I agree with the CPS guess. It is cheap enough to just buy and hope it fixes it too.
