its technically 2 pieces, you have the main dash bezel that goes around your steering wheel, radio ect, that comes out easy, just pops out, then unplug all of the switches ect. Most of them just pop out of the bezel as well, some have little screws. the upper dash pad theat remains, is a complete PIA. You will have to remove the glove box door, the cup holder, the little hook on the bottom of it, the cluster, the pass side air bag, the steering wheel. Then you have to unscrew all of the screws that you can see that hold the upper dash to the main dash support ontot he fire wall. After that, as you start to pull the dash, you will have to get behind it and remove the A/C vents, I believe the pass side ones are screwed to the back of the vent (not 100%), there are also the three larger bolts that right by the windshield under the plastic covers, then you have 2 or 3 screws that are backwards up by the windshield, as you pull the dash out, you will have to get a short screwdriver in to remove them. Its a complete PIA the first time you do it! if you decided to do it, take your time, and don't just start yanking and pulling on the dash, that's how you break it.
