That would sit level with the stock 2" rear blocks (technically the blocks measure 1 7/8"). Most people do a 2.5" up front which would require a 3.5" or 4" rear block (stock F-350 rear block) to sit level. If you do a 1.5", I would recommend a BMC spacer (bottom mount coil). That would mount under the front coil spring. Below are the needed items to do it correctly. 1.5" BMC spacer Adjustable track bar (not absolutely required but recommended to keep axle centered) Alignment cams OR 2.5" Replacement coil springs (will increase ride quality) We carry and recommend Icon, Carli is the only other replacement coil I would consider.
