08 F250 needs front clip, will 450 work?

So I found a tree with the front end of my 08 F250 4x4/auto.

I'm looking for a front clip including trans cooler to replace. I have found a guy with an entire 450 clip, what all are the differences?

I know the fenders are different, but he said the only difference is having the holes for the flares. Can I just have those filled and they look the same as a 250/350 fender? My truck is stock height, so I dont think i'll ever have fender flares on it.

Any other differences like trans cooler that should keep me from using this?

Lots of holes in the fenders though Just FYI. If you can find some 250-350 fenders pretty cheap I would get them.

Thanks, I wasnt sure how bad it might be. I might pick up the front clip anyways, then find get some 250/350 fenders off fleabay.
