1" drop spring for a 2wd ?

I could cut the coils...but if I can find the correct spring I'd rather go that way.
Heat the coils ? No thanks....

i would say 5.4 coils.. mine rides much better with them. i still have 1/2" to the bump stop.

How much did it lower yours Mike ?

I wanna combine a 3" beam with a 1" spring....looking to put together a 4/7 or maybe a 4/8 static drop.
Obviously I'll be doing some surgery to the frame out back for axle travel.

I looked around and didnt find anything I liked the looks of. I would do the 5.4 springs. PM sent about the rear notch....

The spring rate difference is whats causing the drop. It could vary a little between the years but both use a coil spring, so I would guess they will be very similar.

Shouldnt, it will definitely mean alignment cams will be needed. With the way my AIM beams fit, I dont think I could use drop springs aswell though. I was able to get the chamber really close but there is no more positive adjustment left. Are DJM's beams any different Rich?
