Any reason why he has it down better than anyone else? I've talked to suncoast and elite, they basically just put more clutches in it. Suncoast said they would have billet parts this summer.

I am running a Suncoast on my 13. It took a couple rebuilds to get it right but I am happy with number (3) Earnie over there is a good builder

Morgan has it down becuase, and dont take this wrong anyone else... I'm ACTUALLY driving a truck every day with a built trans from him. Most of the people who love to chime in on this topic dont even own 6.7s with built transmissions.

Elite has a killer program too, but with Tadd just relocating to Alamosa I'm sure they arent fully back up at operating speed at this time either.

I'd have put a suncoast kit in my 2015 by now, but Jimmy, wont return my call, and we've been selling suncoast for years.. So, that is what it is..

I dont really have a dog in this fight, Tadd build the trans in me 2013, Morgan build the trans in my 2011.

Well it definitely means a lot coming from someone with both transmissions. All I've heard from is people that can only speculate. I have talked to people with trans from each of the company's mentioned. But never side by side comparisons. But I'm glad to hear you think they are all acceptable choices.

Have a customer here we are building a motor for...he's interested in a transmission also but didn't have much info on them yet.

We've built 10 in the last 2 months lol. It's been freaking crazy. I can't even keep enough cores in stock to build.

We've got them in everything from Dillehays 900 hp truck, my reg cab with big fuel and spray, my 2015, all through to stock trucks that just tore out the Trans with a tuner and big tires.

I can't say anyone's is "better" than another. I do know the program we have is working and working flawlessly.

Anyone can build transmissions, we only build 5r110's and 6r140's... Kinda like our specialty. We've built all kinds, of transmissions. But all we build to sell is the two. We are not just some place that may have seen one or says they can build it if you take it to them. Fwiw.

You have your own kit?

No, we don't sell a kit. Plus we've found variances in certain models that requires machining to parts. So we will probably never offer a kit just due to that.

Whenever your ready give me a call and I can discuss in detail. The 2015 Trans have been made different to the 11-14 and we machine and change parts to get them back to where they need to be on par with the earlier built transmissions. In the end all of them that come from us are built to as far as we can. I have one experimental one in my regular cab. But it will cost more if we decide to produce it.
