16" wheel on an 07

I'm trying to buy a set of rear slicks that come with a 16" wheel. I know they wont clear the calipers but can I grind them down (calipers) or throw a spacer on the back so they will clear?

Spacer will work, that's what king kong uses.

Think you'll need some serious grinding and a 2.5" or 3" spacer.
