What kind of HP would this setup make with supporting mods?

You can tune them back. 175/80s put you in the "danger zone" at 400-450 with a 38r. As long as the tuner keeps the torque and boost up higher in the RPM range it'll live. Which Matt at GH does very well. Power doesn't even come on until after 2000 rpm for me.

I am sure to properly run this setup I would need a better aftermarket HPO system and fuel system as well as head studs correct? Bought the truck to be a house truck should probably just leave it that way. Would be in the 10k mark for all the above...but man is it hard to leave these trucks alone. Lol. GLWS to the OP. Seems reasonably priced bud.

I ran 250/200s on my PMR motor with 230k + on it, its all in the tuning. My buddy still runs his maxxed out and no issues. Headstuds and topend will be needed if you go into a bigger turbo. great setup my brother loves his 160/100 but he has a few more goodies including a basb turbo which adds. Also note on the hpop, yes/no. It doesn't hurt to get a new hpop which i suggest MB for the money, depends on the health of yours. Its not really a BIG injectors its a great all around setup that will keep you from abusing your truck along with needed the mods. Easily 450rwhp setup, great towing and play power.
