190/100's with irractic/choppy idle

Buddy has a new set of Industrial Injection 190/100 injectors. He's still running the same tuning from when was running 155/stock injectors. Said he's getting an irratic/choppy idle. Really noticable on #5 with the scanner. But says if he raises the rpms like 200-300rpms....it smooths out. I told him its probably because they have plugged spill ports and not having the right tuning for them. He's running ID's tuning. Told him to get a hold of Eric and have him revise the tuning for the new injectors. What do you guys think?

Agreed plugged ports get some new tuning and it will help a lot

Yea make sure you tell Eric when he tunes it that have plugged ports bump the icp up a bit at idle they should smooth right out.

Who built the 155's? Willing to bet that they were plugged as well.
