Also I would make sure the vanes are cycling correctly... A bad/faulty sensor would cause the turbo to run poorly. Buying a couple tunes from different tuners is a GREAT investment. It could change the whole driving style of the truck... making it more of a setup that you love. A stage 2 turbo does not usually 100% clean up 190s... but it should come pretty close.
