either way it will look good, tire choices are much better with 20s but i like how 22s look

how soon are you thinking about doing this? I might part with my wheels and tires if the timing is right

My personal preference would have to be 20's with a 305/50/20. I am not a fan of 22's and a 33" tall (or smaller) tire. It's your truck though. Go with what you like best.

:whs: not a fan of a 22 and a 33. A 22 and a 35 is perfect though but I'd just go with a 20 and a 305. I think a black wheel would look nasty on your setup as well

Here is a 20x9 with 305/50/20 Toyo Proxes ST2's, which would be similar in size to the Nitto 420's

ive been thinking about 20s. but loved the look of dzcheys truck. i dont think black rims would look good, i was trying to stick with chrome as a decision. maybie black would look good?

i painteed everything right now, cowl sidevents, badges, rear bumper is all blue. the truck is being repainted in the same color, as the paint right now is in very bad shape.

i plan on staying with a proxy, 420s or grabber uhp. in 22 or 20s. if i do 22s i will be getting 305 45 22 and im not sure about 20s though.

The biggest street tire in a 20 that will work on these trucks (weight) is a 305/50/20. Mounted on my 20x9 BMF's, they measured like 31.5" tall.

The 305/45/22 is a slightly taller tire, but not by much. I would assume it measures around 32" mounted.

My 305/55/20 Toyo AT's were supposed to measure 33.2" but on the wheels they were right at 32" tall. Tire sizing sucks.

Yeah I understand I'll live with what's out there then. Also to dirt boy. How are the coopers? Street wise and looks?

I'm prob gonna stick with a 20 x10 and 305s but this is later on if I don't get 22s

So far I like them... I've heard good and bad about them and at the time I didnt feel like dumping 1600+ on a set of ATZ's.

They look great, they ride great, no road noise, rain performance sucks and ive yet to drive them in snow but i'd bet they aren't worth a poop in snow either. Overall i'd give them a B+ and i havent had them long enough to test out the wear on them. You really can't go wrong with coopers, falkens, or proxes. They're all priced pretty close.

i really like the look with my 20x10"s and 305/55's. some 22'"s look good with 33"s but imo most look best with 35"and up
