guy's i got a question well it all started with one time i was driving down the road and started spilling water out the cap so i bought a new reservoir tank and cap well a few days later started doin the same thing open the cap and took a small swift and it smell a little like diesel with coolant. well the problem i am having is that when i start it and let it idle you can just see the coolant rising to the top and tryin to burst out but once you turn it of it start puking what could be the problem????? and the van has 270,000

Fuel in coolant is usually a sign of cracked injector cups. Not too bad to change, and relatively inexpensive. Clay at Riffraff has a nice tool that he rents with a set of cups.

yeah the cups hold back combustion gases and are cooled by coolant and when they crack the combustion forces there to be pressure on your coolant system and that makes it puke

Well on most things but one thing its much easier on is fixing or checking for leaking up pipes or anything dealing with the back side of the turbo engine LOL But thats it. There are also so many different or mod parts compared to trucks. Still I think one day I would love to get a Econoline 4x4 with a 7.3 in it.
