One more thing to tear up, My auto locking hubs have been out for a while and I figure might as well replace them now, where is the best place tp get them and which one? They pretty much just unbolt and bolt back up right?

This is on my 2001 7.3 dually 4x4 6 speed.

1A auto has them for a reasonable price. Undoe three torx screws and they slide right out. grease the o-rings on the new ones and slide them in. be sure to line up the locator pin correctly.

On 01s they are held in with a lock ring get some long needle nose pliers. Once the ring is out it may take some work to get them out but the just slide out. When putting the new one In grease the splines and oring to make it easier.

Good to know, thanks! Seems like there is nothing to it. Now if the freaking weather was just chill and and get warm, everything will be ok.
