2002 F-250 Instrument cluster question

If a instrument cluster goes bad what all will be affected ? I havea issue when I turn the key on to accessory or run the left turn signal light comes on doesn't blink just cones on and stays on that's it though nothing else on the cluster works won't show mileage, if I turn the lights on the dash lights won't come on nothing.. And then when I go to crank it over it just vtanks and won't fire.. I did check power at the fuel pump all the way to the inertia switch and only had 2 volts at the switch.. Any help will be greatly appreciated.. Thanks

I still really think you have a wrong harness or a ground issue.


A turn signal light sticking sometimes will be from a bad multifunction switch, but all your other issues are from something else.


A cluster completely "bad", short of getting wet, is very uncommon. The mileage not lighting, if all fuses are good, is probably fuse box related. There is metal 30amp fuse in 02 boxes that will kill the circuit to the odo.

Ok I will check that out to.. If I can't figure this out here soon how much would you charge to look at it its almost worth me bringing it to WV and having it fixed then keep chasin my tail on it
