2002 turbo questions on ebpv delete

when deleting the ebpv on the turbo, we got a new delete pedestal and the delete housing on the turbo. Any idea if there is a gasket or sealer between the new housing and the turbo and what does the 12pt bolts torque to if there is a spec for that.

185 - 215 lbs/inch i go nice and tight.. i dont think you will ever get a TQ wrench in there..

To add on to the answer above and finish your question, no, there is no gasket between the outlet housing and the turbo.
