2003 7.3 boost problem

I have a 03 7.3 with 185cc singles and 66/92 charger. Truck with waste gate plugged up makes 20 psi at wot with it unplugged it makes 30 psi at wot

So what did it boost befor? Have you checked for a boost leaks boots,clamps,intercooler since it has plastic sides ect ect

It's has brand new up pipes and Iv looked for leaks and ever since the gauges it only made exactly what I said

What size exhaust housing is on it? Are your egts lower?

what kind of turbo is a 66/92? and it's wastegated?

..also..where are you monitoring your boost pressure?

lastly...since you say there is a problem...what were the boost numbers on this setup before the problem?

Yeah what turbo and what wastegate? More info please. wastegate may be bleeding to much pressure.
