2004 mirror wiring

I'm installing 2004 mirrors on an '02 truck and need to know what wires on the mirror are for marker light, turn signal, and heat. I had a thread saved I thought but can't seem to find it. Thanks

Also where is everyone getting the signal for the turn signals from (under the dash preferably)
