2005-2007 steering box upgrade

Does anyone know if a 2005 ps box will work om a 96 f250? Of course modifications will need to be made. My box is pretty far gone and im getting 05 f350 front and rear axles.

as far as I know the sector shaft is larger ,, but not sure what else is better if any
