2008 6.4 rear leaf spring bushing.

So I called ford today to get the part# for the rear leaf spring bushings since mine are shot to the point that one side is barely there. They tell me that they are not replaceable and I need to buy a whole new set of leaf springs at $600 each... I can't believe this I call bs... I have replaced others before why not these? Has anyone replaced the bushings in a 6.4? If so what are the dimensions of the bushing? Thanks!

Crap.... Am I the only person on the planet that has worn out leaf spring bushings on an 08 6.4? Lol I guess I will just start calling shops and see if anyone will know...

Search for a spring shop near you. There was a place back where I use to live that could make any spring you want , thy did all the bending and everything in house, could just have them make a new top spring

Why not just measured the eyelet ID and spring width and search for an aftermarket bushing?

Yeah I was trying to get away with getting the dimensions for it with out taking it all apart since it's my dd in case it's a word size that has to go on order. But if it comes down to it I will. It think I'm going to call around and see if any shops have one they can measure for me. I'm way out of town so finding a place near by means a longs drive but it may come to that
