2008 Brakes on A 2001

Anybody know if a complete set of new 2008 f250 front/rear calipers/rotors would work on a 2001 f350 and are 2008 brakes any better?

imo 08 brakes are better but if your truck has 16" rims they will not clear the calipers.

as for compatibility-i cant comment because i haven't done it.

They will not bolt up. You could make it work if you made new bolt holes for the caliper bracket to bolt to but being that the knuckle is cast, I wouldn't be welding on it. You'd be time and money ahead to get some performance pads and rotors that fit your 01 (hawk, ebc, etc.).
