Not trying to beat a dead horse here but I am having trouble finding what is needed in searches. I am looking into chopping my 2010 6.4 single cab 2wd into a short bed. Been searching everywhere looking for the exact parts list and lengths needed but coming up short (no pun intended). I have the facility's to take on the project so this is not an issue. So here's what I'm needing...
Drive shaft length?
What need's to be done with the emergency brake?
What need's to be done with the brake lines?
It obviously needs a short bed and having hell finding one.
Different fuel tank but I am still not clear as into what exact tank and sending unit will be needed?
What else am I forgetting?
Any tips from those who have done the chop would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for the help.
