I am swapping my 6" lift, wheels, & 37s for stock f250 coils, radius arms, blocks, wheels, tires, etc...I know pretty much everything swaps over but I have a couple questions. Are the blocks for the 250 and 350 different, if so what is the difference? He'll be able to use my lift blocks and ubolts but I can't use his because I have the overload spring so I need to order ubolts for sure. Anything else I'm missing? I am taking off the lift because we just bought a new with wheel and my truck is too tall to pull it.

That's correct.
Have a look at his u-bolts. They might be long enough to accommodate your set up while you decide exactly what you can do and want to do and still be able to pull your fifth wheel. Mine had quite a bit left. Looks to me like they'd have worked with an F350 block and springs. Put a tape measure to them first to be sure, if possible.

I'll ask him to measure. He is in Austin and I am in San Antonio so I won't have a chance to look and compare before we meet up to make the swap. Maybe get a 3" block and bolts for my truck with the overload spring to be safe or just factory length ubolts and hope the ass end doesn't sit too low?

You could go ahead and talk to Breaking Habits...order some OUO traction blocks, bars, and 3/4" u-bolts...no more worries. :poke::toast:

I got PMFs coming soon, I hope. Ordered a couple weeks ago. We have to do the swap this Saturday or wait for a month so I am going to use his block and ubolts with no overload spring or spacer so things will fit until the PMFs, blocks, and ubolts get in then I'll put the overloads back on and go pick up my new fiver. I think 12k lb trailer with a hitch weight of 3500 might be a bit too much without airbags or overload springs.

Well it took 2 of us 12 hours but we got it done. I ended up using his ubolts with no blocks in the back, we were on the 11th hour and I was too beat to take apart the spring packs to remove the overload spring so it looks like a 2wd with a leveling kit, borderline cali lean with a lowrider stance.............my wife's first comment was YUCK! guess I need to change the pic in my sig.........I did get 19mpg on the way home after, did not expect that. Hoped for 16-17 but 19 is a treat.
