2011 6.7 DPF Delete Question and Needed Suggestions

I have some questions and need some advice, i have a 2011 f250 with the 6.7 as well with 62,000 miles on it used and i hate the DEF system, shall i keep the DPF and keep my warranty? i just bought it used from a dealership and know nothing of this truck, they gave me a 110,000 5 year warranty, should i keep it? i might through this in here to, at my job our work trucks are in about 4 to 6 times a year for DPF faults and filter clean out. should i delete the DPF or keep my warranty even tho i hate the DEF system and do not know this trucks history? if i do delete the DPF the tuners say to unplug electrical to the EGR. could i just simply unplug it or do it have to completely remove the EGR system? All additive would be appreciated.
