2011 brake wear

have a 2011 f350 17k miles brakes almost wore out all the way around anyone having issues like this

I have a 2012 and mine only lasted 50k

usually ford brakes last 75k or better, wonder what the issue is, are they all worn evenly? Maybe they changed the pad compound to stop better but not last as long

I will check mine carefully next time I rotate tires. Its had some good loads behind it and has 52K on the clock

My company truck brakes just got replaced at 100k Still had some life in them.

I looked at mine and I'll be replacing pads soon like 60k got 54k on mine. Just on the safe side though.

I am noticing more brake dust on my rims lately on my 2012, I'm thinking they are not ceramic pads, I didn't look at them but I only have 8K on the clock..

I think they have to be softer these trucks stop real nice.

I would rather have the middle of road pads than the ceramic pads, IMO, the ceramic pads heat up too much and put too much heat to the rotor and everything it's mounted too..
