2011 Cab and Chassis what to be concerned about?

MPH is moving up to the 6.7 Picked up a wrecked cc 4x4 cab and chassis this weekend. Truck has 240k was built 6/11 Had a motor put in 1/13 and it has the metal oil pan. Owner said previous motor threw a rod, said it has had 4 turbos as well.

Not sure on what all we are going to do to this this one not planning on a full build yet, but all the basics for sure, some sort of turbo kit etc etc.

My biggest concern i think is head issues (valves) I have heard many different things like metal pan motors are ok, reman after this dte are ok, anybody anymore in the know then anyone else or should i yank the heads and put new valves in or different glow plugs etc etc?

Valves and valve seats is what I've heard from others. Seen parts/aftermath personally once in my hands. The C&C trucks come with a different turbocharger setup that iirc was significantly less reliable than the super duty chassis trucks. As well, they come pretty detuned by comparison. If it was me, I'd pull the heads and have them gone through, bolt on a aftermarket turbo kit and slap a tuner on it. Just drive
